How do I use the ev.energy app?

To sign in:

• Use the email address and the password chosen upon enrollment

If you don’t recall setting a password, Use the forgot password option, and an email will be sent to you (please check your spam and junk folder if you don’t see it after 10 minutes), allowing you to set a password.

To add your vehicle:

• Once signed in, tap on the settings wheel at the top left. 
• Then tap ‘Add’ on the option next to ‘Vehicles’.

To add your charger:

• Once signed in, tap on the settings wheel at the top left. 
• Then tap on ‘Add’ on the option next to ‘Home Charger’’.

For Advanced Tier participants only

To override your managed charging schedule:
On the dashboard tab of the app, tap the 'Boost' button to begin charging immediately.

To set your 'Ready by' time (when you need your vehicle charged by):
Go to the 'Smart' tab, find the clock image and set the time your car should be ready by each day.
